Machined Rotor Brake Job ローター研磨とブレーキパッド交換

Today we are doing a rear brake job on a Mercedes Benz G63 “G-wagon”.
今回はメルセデス・ベンツGクラスのリアブレーキ作業をします。
Brake pads are a wearable item and are expected to be changed a number of times during a vehicles life. This is what a worn pad and a new pad look like next to each other.
ブレーキパッドは消耗品であり、車のカーライフに何度も交換することが予想されます。 磨耗したパッドと新しいパッドを並べるとこんな感じです。
This time we machined the rotors. Here you can see the before and after shots. This makes for an ideal mating surface between the new brake pads and the resurfaced rotors.
今回はローターの研磨を行いました。 ここで、前後の写真を確認できます。 これにより、新しいブレーキパッドと研磨されたローターの間に理想的な合わせ面が形成されます。
We also change the brake pad sensor.
ブレーキパッドセンサーも交換しました。
Finally the brakes are reassembled and tested.
最後にブレーキを組み立てしてテストしました。
